• Question: What would happen if all particles were destroyed?

      Nothing would happen. literally. Everything is made of particles, so if all the particles were destroyed then there would be nothing left for anything to happen to. Just space.

      So on the plus side if it does happen, you won’t be missing anything! We’re pretty sure it won’t, though. My secret Doomsday device project is not proceeding as I’d hoped.

      yeah Vicky is right – there would be nothing left since everything we know is made up of particles

      You would still have dark energy around and any other scalar field but without particles nothing would be going on.
